This is a late post review. We were there early march. Where the hotel was still currently undergoing renovations, but we recieved an email directly from BZAR as I emailed them first to make sure the hotel is real as it wasn't shown here yet in the map and that the hotel will have its opening 10th of February. By the way, we booked our stay through Hotels.com. -------------- Exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, which it was a bit too early the receptionist made us feel right at home. She was remarkably kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. She provided us with a wealth of local information and perfect tips on how to navigate the city’s attractions. It’s rare to find staff this genuinely dedicated to their guests' experience! Note: Because the renovation was just finishing up during our stay, the elevator was a bit slow, and no sign of warning, and there was some minor morning noise. However, it’s clear these are just temporary "growing pains" of a new building, and I’m sure everything is running perfectly now. We did have a minor issue with a slow shower drain, but everything else in the room functioned flawlessly. Would definitely stay here again!🏛
Spent one night here and had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new. Despite being newly built, everything is well organized and managed smoothly. The staff were exceptional, words can hardly describe how helpful, professional, and welcoming they were. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
We had a great stay here. Beautiful rooms we were very impressed by how big it was. The staff were very friendly and kind and were there to help when we needed. The location was great too, only 10 minute walk from central Rome. We had a nice view from our room too . Would definitely stay again
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made my experience even more special. Every interaction with the team was pleasant and they truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. It’s rare to find such warm and attentive service, and I’m very grateful for the care they showed during my stay. The hotel’s location is also perfect for tourists. It is very central, close to many attractions, and the area feels very safe, which made exploring the city easy and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making my time here so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
