• Arrive 15 minutes before your selected time slot to ensure timely entry. In case of delay no refund will be made. Dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered. The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are wheelchair accessible, but this ticket does not include assistance for wheelchair users. The use of cameras and video cameras is allowed in the Vatican Museums but not in the Sistine Chapel. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museums. Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas must be checked into the cloakroom. Flash photography is not permitted. The last Sunday of each month, entrance to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel is free from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with the last entry at 12:30 PM. Expect long waiting times. The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed on Sundays, except the last Sunday of each month.
