• Late arrivals will not be granted access. Please bring a valid ID for children (6-18) to be admitted AND Valid Student ID to get Student Discounts. Children under the age of 5 go free and do Not need a reservation. The Vatican is a religious state, proper dress code is required. Please make sure that your knees and shoulders must be covered in Sistine Chapel. No low-cut or sleeveless tops or shorts will be permitted. Clients that do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted entry to the Sistine Chapel . There will be an airport-style security check before you enter Vatican Museum. Please leave liquids and sharp items at home. Access to St. Peter's Basilica and the Square may be closed in the morning of WEDNESDAY due to the Papal Audience. Saint peter church is a religious establishment, it may be closed for any religious event without prior warning. Please keep in mind that St. Peter's Basilica is closed on Easter, the 24th and 31st of December, and other religious holidays.
