In this hands-on, interactive class, you’ll learn to prepare two of Italy’s most beloved dishes: tiramisu and pizza, guided by a local Italian chef for a truly immersive experience. You'll start by making a classic homemade tiramisu, layering espresso-soaked biscuits with velvety mascarpone cream for a rich and indulgent dessert. Then, dive into the art of pizza making, from kneading and stretching the dough to adding fresh toppings before baking it to crispy perfection.
