Description

Grab your aprons, and let’s get cooking like a real Roman! Just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, you'll meet us in our kitchen right in the heart of Rome. Your class begins with a warm welcome over a glass of prosecco. Once you’ve met your chef and others in your class - unless you've booked a private class - it’s either tiramisu or spritz making time. Choose between making tiramisu or spritz. Using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make this classic Italian dessert or drink, and then you’ll get started on making your homemade pasta. With your chef’s expert guidance, mix your ingredients to make your dough, and then roll, shape and cut into fettuccine, ready to be cooked. Once that’s ready, you’ll start to make your pasta sauce from scratch - either a carbonara or a cacio e pepe sauce, it’s up to you. Whilst you’re cooking, sip your drinks as the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations, and learn all the secrets to great, Italian cooking from your chef. Then, it’s time for the best part. It’s time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a delicious glass of local wine. Then, finish with a glass of limoncello, ending your experience like a true Italian. You’ll also be able to take these recipes with you wherever you go, in a handy ebook, so that you can impress your family and friends with your new found skills. Our Pasta and Tiramisu class is family-friendly and both classes are perfect for couples, solo-travellers, or a small group of friends.

• This experience isn’t suitable for infants. If they join, they must stay on an adult’s lap since no separate seat or workspace is available. The menu contains gluten and dairy, so we can’t accommodate coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, or vegan diets. If you have other dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can try to help. The meeting point may sometimes change, but we’ll let you know beforehand.
