Description

A model for several years for the most important designers in the world, Ino trained at the John Casablanca International School. Through various international studies in Body Education and Poise and Elegance, she gained more awareness and mastery of the body. That's why she decided to help women gain better self-knowledge and self-confidence. Ino Mantilla was a finalist at Miss World Colombia and a coach for Miss Colombia and Miss Italy around the world. EXPERIENCE PROGRAM Meeting with the participants in the room After the presentations, participants will be invited to change into appropriate clothing and shoes to begin the transformative workshop. PRESENTATION What does it mean to walk with awareness? It's not just about walking, but about reclaiming your space with grace, intention, and inner strength. EXERCISE Through targeted exercises, observation, and listening to your body, we'll work on the balance between posture, femininity, and inner energy. TRANSFORMATION The transformation of your way of moving will emerge from professional photos and videos made to compare the 'before and after' of your posture. CERTIFICATE DELIVERY You'll receive participation certificates, photos, and videos to remember and continue your journey.
