Description

Learn to make real Italian Pasta and Gelato the traditional way. We transformed a historic laboratory into a home, giving an important space to the kitchen. The lesson will take place in this ancient palace where the colors and uses of the inhabitants will take us back in time to a hidden Rome with its unchanged traditions. You will be welcomed into the kitchen to master the art of preparing pasta, fettuccine and ravioli from scratch. Each of you will have the hands to learn well, teaching you how to prepare the traditional 'Amatriciana sauce, or other typical sauces, then ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with Butter and Sage or fresh cherry tomatoes and basil. Later you will be shown how to prepare our biggest homemade Gelato. After the class, eat and taste your pasta together with a nice glass of wine and at the end enjoy your gelato as dessert. Sites Visited: The lesson will take place in this ancient palace where the colors and uses of the inhabitants will take us back in time to a hidden Rome with its unchanged traditions.
