  • The time selected for your booking refers to the meeting point time at the Touristation Office
  • The Roman Forum and Palatine must be visited for approximately 2 hours before entering the Colosseum
  • Customers are requested to redeem their vouchers at TOURISTATION ARACOELI Piazza d’Aracoeli 16. Touristation office is NOT next to the Colosseum but is on the Piazza Venezia side. Look for a fountain under restoration. There are orange flags outside the office.
  • It is mandatory to bring a valid identification document.
  • The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed on Sunday. Please note: if you book your experience on Sunday, the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel can be visited on Monday. •The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.
