Proceed to the Crypt of the Three Skeletons, the sole area where a complete human skeleton is displayed in its natural state. Following this, explore the Crypt of the Leg Bones and Thigh Bones, and take in the sight of the Crypt of Pelvises, which features two Capuchin friars peacefully positioned in an arched formation. Observe the crosses on the ground that signify the resting places of seven Capuchins. Wander through the Crypt of the Skulls and admire its renowned hourglass. Discover the history behind the relocation of the bones of friars from the old friary near the Trevi Fountain to this site, as the Capuchins adhered to their law prohibiting burials within churches.
