Description

Explore the jewel of southern Italy, Capri Island, on a classic journey from Rome. Discover the famous alleys, the Piazzetta, and the countless charms that have made Capri a favorite destination with your tour leader. Begin your journey at the meeting point in Rome and travel south on “the highway of the sun” by bus. Pass by the famous Roman countryside, Castelli Romani, as you make your way to Naples. Once there, admire incredible views of the Mediterranean, Mount Vesuvius, and countless historic sites. Next, set sail on a ferry for about 1 hour until you reach Capri. Make the most of the opportunity to visit the famous Blue Grotto cave, with its charming colored undertone. After your afternoon of exploration, take the boat back to Naples, where your coach will wait to take you back to Rome.
