• ID is mandatory, guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. The exact full name of all participants must be provided at time of booking, in case of mistakes, security staff may deny access and no refund will be provided. Name changes are not permitted. In the case of inclement weather, the arena floor may be closed off without notice. In these instances, refunds cannot be provided Meeting time is 30 minutes prior to the start time. Late arrival will result in entry refusal and loss of tour cost. When you purchase our service, it includes the entrance fee to the archaeological sites, which is €18 for adults (or €24 for the Arena option), along with a €2 booking fee. Children under 18 have free entry (Reservation is mandatory). The remaining portion of the payment covers essential services such as meeting point assistance, office support, booking fees, a digital audio guide, and other related services to enhance your experience. Closing hours vary with daylight savings.
