Prohibited Items at Entry: Weapons, glass, sharp objects, food, and alcohol Self-Guided Basilica Visit for Late Tours: For tours starting at 3:00 PM or later, the Basilica visit is self-guided. Basilica and Sistine Chapel Closures and Access Restrictions: St. Peter’s Basilica is closed Wednesday mornings and on Dec 24 and 31. Access may also be restricted without notice due to events like Jubilee Masses or Sede Vacante. More time will be spent in the Museums. No refunds apply.
