We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Terrazze Navona. It’s pretty special sitting on the little balcony looking out over Rome, enjoying the fresh air and the sounds of the birds. The room was clean and tidy and perfect for our stay, it’s in a really pretty part in of town with lots of restaurants and shops. The shower in our room was cosy, but it all added to the charm of this special little guest house. We used the luggage storage nearby when we arrived which was handy - necessary if you arrive earlier than checkin.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing city. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, bigger than expected with an extra roomy hallway. Super charming decor. Appointments were clean and neat, the balcony a great addition. Mini fridge, adequate outlets, room cleaning, fresh towels, hot water. Our host was terrific, took the time to meet us and arranged airport transfer for us. Could not have been more accommodating. We were there at the tail end of a holiday weekend, and the area was VERY popular with a younger crowd. Noise was noticeable, but tolerable.

I had a really lovely stay here. The host was always very helpful, responded quickly, and was there whenever I had questions or needed anything. Super accommodating without ever feeling over the top. The apartment itself is very comfortable — the bed is cozy, everything is clean and well organized, and the space just feels welcoming. One of the highlights is definitely the beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. It’s also very centrally located, which made getting around really easy. Overall, a great experience with very good service. I would happily stay here again.

This place is a gem… picturesque views and quaint wooden furniture made for a charming experience. Bed does creak, but I didn’t find it bothersome. I loved sitting on the terrace every morning with a cup of espresso… listening to the tolling of church bells nearby. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and location was convenient to major attractions. This is not a typical hotel experience like some reviews have mentioned- it’s somewhere in between airbnb and limited service hotel (your room does get cleaned daily). You enter a nondescript building (2 locked doors with code) near Piazza Navona, get on an antique lift (fits maybe 1-2 with 2 luggages, enter another locked entrance to Terrazze Navona where you’ll be in a small foyer. I stayed in Room 5 (deluxe) and there were about 5 rooms here, but I think there are more through another entrance nextdoor. I had no issues getting here from airport and leaving to train station (on a small one way street but taxis arrived w/o delay). If you arrive early, you need to use luggage storage nearby. Since I had bigger luggage I used Deposito bagagli (5min walk) instead of the one that was recommended. Bathroom is small, but functional. This is the place for you if you value ambiance, have the energy to navigate the aforementioned steps of getting here, and don’t mind the lack of traditional hotel service experience. Nonetheless, Vincenzo was promptly responsive and I had absolutely no issues.
