One of the best hotels in Rome. As a solo traveler this hotel was the best experience for me. The service was great they managed to help me as I was coming for the first time in Rome. If you're coming here look for a guy named Robert, he is the best. The hotel is very clean with Roman vibes. I will defenitly came again! 😊
Booking issue on the hotel’s official website resulted in an extra €120 charge on arrival. ⚠️ Very disappointing experience — please be careful when booking ⚠️ We booked a double room directly through the hotel’s website. However, when clicking on the “double room” link, the website automatically redirected us to a single room booking without any clear warning. Unfortunately, we did not notice this before completing the payment. As soon as we realized the issue, we contacted the hotel by phone and also sent a message through their website, but we received no response. Upon arrival, we were told that our reservation was “not valid” because we were two people, even though the issue came from the hotel’s own booking website. We were then asked to pay an additional €120, which did not match the actual price difference between a single and a double room that was only 57€. No real solution was offered, no understanding was shown, and the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional. Advice for future guests: carefully check every step of the booking process, especially website redirects, before making any payment. A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
The location is quite convenient being near a metro station about 200m away, a pharmacy is also closeby, and so are other various store. The service staff and the receptionist have been pleasant and caring. I've stayed at a lot of 3 star hotels in rome and this has to be the better one out of those, was also considerably cheaper than the other alternatives. Breakfast is decent, nothing to boast about but it's enough to carry you through the day, i was able to comfortably skip lunch after having the breakfast here, every room has proper air conditioning and a mini fridge, which again i haven't seen for this price, would definitely stay here again! The hotel is good no doubt but the helpful staff really sealed the deal for me!
We spent four nights at the hotel and were completely satisfied with everything. The staff was attentive and very kind, the cleanliness was impeccable, we got fresh towels every day, regardless of whether we threw the used ones on the floor. The location of the hotel is first class: Termini, metro and bus station are a few minutes walk away, a shop is literally around the corner. The room had a balcony and the view was phenomenal.
We highly recommend this hotel. Reading the reviews, we didn't know what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. We had a triple room with a private bathroom. Housekeeping was provided daily. Breakfast was always something for everyone. The location is excellent for exploring the city. For this price, we're very happy. I have the impression that the negative reviews are written by people who, when booking a hotel at this price, expect to be treated as if they had purchased an all-inclusive stay. ;) We highly recommend it, we'll gladly return, and our stay here will definitely be a memorable one.
