The hotel has a great location, and I really liked the spacious, colorful room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and pleasant overall. The only downside is that there is a bar downstairs with live music until around midnight, so it may not be the best choice if you go to bed early or are sensitive to noise. Apart from that, everything was lovely and I enjoyed my stay.
Welcome to the collection of bins, rat poison box & building works. Reception desk pleasant enough, girls friendly and helpful. No arrival drink offered though like many European hotels offer as they know you’ve been travelling many hours to reach them. Overpriced for a scruffy hotel room, mouldy & stained bathrooms from a poor cleaning schedule. Stains on bedroom wall 🤢 Soft furnishings looked like they had been found on a skip. Stale pastries from the day before, milk ratio in the coffee machine not sorted, other guests complaining at their table. All in all I feel I paid far too much for a very dated and scruffy room:-( Sorry hotel cortina, but your guests need to know what they are getting for their hard earned money!
