Great beautiful staff, excellent customer service and nice clean rooms. And they clean rooms every day. The most important: location is great, all sightseeing places within 5 minutes - 45 minutes walking. Anything we asked - hotel Boutique Nazionale staff helped us - starting with a request of kettle for tea and finishing taxi service to the airport. We will come back next time we will be in Rome!
