If you are traveling as a tourist and your experience concludes the accomodation too (you asking for any given luxury to stay in a hotel) then it is not your room. If you are a visitor of the city and a clean sleep is enough for you, then Glamour Spanish steps is OK. Respect to the lady cleanin the rooms EVERY day. I could return there. It is at a superb spot after all (150 m from piazza del popolo and main streets of the center)
