The room was truly exceptional: very large, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Without exaggeration, I found it better than many 4-star hotel rooms, both in size and in the quality of the furnishings and amenities. Everything was brand new and meticulously maintained. The bathroom was also very spacious and modern, with a huge, comfortable shower. I particularly appreciated the room's amenities: a top-quality hairdryer, a huge closet with plenty of hangers, and even a very practical standing iron, a rare amenity. Furthermore, the daily towel changes and housekeeping made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent: just steps from the Libia metro station, which allows you to reach the center of Rome in just a few minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful, elegant, quiet, and very liveable, with plenty of shops, services, and excellent places to eat. The option of leaving your luggage after check-out was also greatly appreciated. The common area offers coffee, a vending machine, a microwave, and, most importantly, a cold water dispenser—a truly invaluable touch during the hot Roman days. Air conditioning is also available and always efficient. My sincere compliments to the owners for their professionalism, helpfulness, and attention to guests. This property exceeds expectations in every way, and I recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent. A clean and lovely room and bathroom, very kind host, coffee machine available (with free capsules), quiet neighborhood, plenty of amenities nearby (fast food, Burger King, restaurants, boutiques, a well-stocked supermarket), just two minutes from the metro, excellent connectivity
