The nicest staff you could imagine, the rooms are clean and stylish and the breakfast buffet is very large on variety! Will deffinately be returning!
Had a lovely family holiday at this hotel in February with two rooms booked. It's across the street from Teatro del opera . Really well located and within walking distance of everything . The staff were so genuine, friendly and informative. We were on a half board basis and dined in the restaurant every evening. The food was delicious, the staff engaging and attentive and when we were severely delayed by about 3 hours on the bullet train back from Naples after visiting Pompeii and were not going to be back in time to dine, we were able to contact them via a handy whatsapp number and they put pizzas in our room. We were so tired and hungry at that point. Pizza never tasted so good. The rooms are well appointed, beds comfortable. Both our rooms were facing the street but we were so tired after sightseeing, we never noticed any noise. I'd definitely stay here again. It was my first trip to Rome and the staff at this Hotel made it a very memorable , warm and comfortable trip for us. Brava guys.
We loved this hotel!! The staff was so so helpful! We actually lost our luggage for the entire stay & they proceeded to call everyday & try to help locate them! Super friendly people! Great location & lovely room!! We will definitely be back!! :)
The staff were great. The breakfast included was also excellent. The location was very good. Easy to walk to many restaurants/tourist attractions. The street however, was relatively busy at night and early mornings. Also the room is ok. The light in the shower was just a purple LED so it was a bit odd to shower. Overall, pretty good for the price. It’s a good budget friendly option.
