Excellent location, close to many attractions. The staff were very attentive. We enjoyed our stay, but the breakfasts were disappointing - not at all what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rest of the hotel was lovely.
We stayed here for 3 nights mid June. Hotel is in a perfect location, just minutes from Pantheon & trevi fountain. We had a large room (number 138) with adequate bathroom with powerful shower. It was 37° when we were there and the air con in the room worked fine. Nice breakfast on the rooftop and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful Hotel with excellent staff. Very friendly and will do anything to make your stay the best. We did have an issue with our air-conditioning during the extremely hot days while we were there. Someone came straight away to take a look and as it still wasn't fixed we were upgraded to a better room. The only down side was the lack of power points to charge our phones other than that we had an excellent 3 nights.
This hotel is lovely, we stayed in room 571 and had a perfect view of the parliament building. We felt very welcomed and safe. We enjoyed the bar and sitting on the rooftop in the evenings. This hotel is walking distance to most of the sites. We were there during a heatwave and although they have AC, it was having a hard time keeping up so they gave us fans which helped a lot! Thank you for a great stay.
Stayed here over Christmas week — a true gem with old-school charm. We had a spacious duplex unit with modern bathrooms, and the cleaning staff were attentive and efficient. Breakfast? Cozy indoors in December, or a rooftop treat in warmer months. The view of the square and surrounding buildings is worth it — perfect for a morning coffee or sunset moment. Location can’t be beat: a short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the city’s best shopping streets. And yes, you feel safe with the police regularly patrolling the square. Vibe: Classic, charming, and perfectly placed for exploring Rome.
