Had an absolutely lovely experience at TB Place. Traveling with a family of 4 and the room was absolutely perfect for us. The entire hotel i s beautiful and the rooftop is an added bonus. Breakfast was great (dinner too) and the location was ideal. I cannot say enough about the entire staff. Every person I interacted with went above and beyond. Owning a business myself, I know the importance of customer service and they nailed it. Martina in particular was wonderful - anything I needed or had questions about, she was more than willing to arrange or offer suggestions. There are so many adorable hotels in Rome but his one won me over and I wouldn't even consider another after my time with them. Highly recommend!
We had an excellent stay in a junior suite at TB place Roma. The room was quiet and well appointed. The true stand out though was the staff, Martina especially went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend doing the spa/massage experience as it was a highlight for us. The restaurant is also phenomenal for both breakfast and dinner! Go stay at TB place Roma and you’ll love it!
This place should be TBB- to be back !! I loved our stay one of the best places in the world we have been too! The design, ambience and warmth of the staff is evident. I loved our bed and room so comfortable and well sized for Europe. Breakfast had variety and most notably Alyssia (sp? Correct?) who we saw in the mornings for breakfast was so courteous and helpful even refilling our water bottle and being prompt when we needed to run to the tour. For the bustle of Rome this place was such a much needed calm expense. My one recommendation is to be more eco friendly and have big bottles for shampoo conditioner body wash etc- I really think it would save more for the hotel and less annoying for customers as the small bottles for me ran out often
The perfect stay that exceeded our expectations. A true 4-star boutique hotel in the perfect location with everything you need. Amazing and helpful staff. Great location and a little quieter. Cute rooftop bar and restaurant with good food. The room we got had a comfortable bed, a large bathroom and closet space, the size of the room was perfect. The hotel is clean and we felt very comfortable. We stayed at many 3-5 stars hotels and can truly say that this place is highly recommended.
We have stayed at this hotel twice already, and each time we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and always impeccably clean. Breakfast is really good, with both a buffet and an à la carte option where you can order freshly prepared dishes, which we really appreciated. The staff deserves a special mention: everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever we had a small issue or request, they were quick to assist and find a solution, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect; very central and ideal for exploring the city on foot. Major attractions such as Piazza di Spagna, Altare della Patria, Pantheon, and Fontana di Trevi are all within walking distance. There is also a metro station nearby, which makes getting around even easier. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and clean. Overall, it’s a place we happily return to and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome.
