Our stay was perfect! After a flight cancellation, we had to find last minute accommodations. Our room was incredible, with a balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Fantastic location! Clean room! Staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. IRS a boutique hotel right on the Palazzo Navona. Everything was in walking distance. Disregard the 3 star rating, couldn’t be further from the truth
Staying at the Palazzo De Cupis was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Don’t let the 3 star rating fool you: it’s only 3 stars because it’s a small boutique hotel and doesn’t have the facility requirements to be five stars (conference room, onsite restaurant, etc). However, you don’t need those things here. There are restaurants literally outside the main door. The Palazzo is in a very historic building that takes you to a stillness away from the city while still being right in the middle of it all. The bed was very comfy, towels soft, and breakfast delivered to our room was a treat! We had a wonderful balcony overlooking Piazza Navona which was perfect for having coffee and watching the world go by. We were able to walk to all the major sites from here. The restaurant recommendations were spot on, authentic, and we could tell they weren’t just recommended in order to get a kick back (seems rather common here). The communication was incredible and they even worked with me to adjust my stay after I booked the wrong day. I only hope we can stay here again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!!!
We had an incredible 5 day stay Palazzo De Cupis. The location is unmatched. Having a balcony overlooking Piazza Navona is unique and special. The staff is very responsive, kind and very helpful. We needed to make changes to one of our tours, the staff went above and beyond to help us make that happen. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.
Just returned home from a beautiful stay in Palazzo De Cupis. Staff were excellent and kept in touch throughout our visit. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing in Rome. The room was spacious and clean with some lovely features and a balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. Can't wait to return here!
