Good stay for three nights. Easy access to metro and main train station. Room was presented well (if not really "luxury"). Good points include the soundproofing in the room and the AC being easy to use and working well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good and staff at breakfast were always very welcoming and friendly. However, negative points include the initially confusing light switches and a step within the room that I tripped over several times at night. The "double" bed was just two single beds pushed together, so the mattresses kept creating a gap in the middle of the bed.
Mascagni Luxury Rooms was a very clean, thoughtfully appropriated, conveniently located landing spot for the start to our trip. The staff was incredibly helpful with taxi reservations, luggage, and navigating the area for our first trip to Rome. We were kindly welcomed to the hotel with a bottle of prosecco, basket of fruit, and a box of pastries! The breakfast each morning was yummy with good selections and delicious coffee. The location is very convenient and close to shops, restaurants, train station, and easy to navigate from for getting around Rome. Definitely a lovely spot to stay! We had a little challenge with the air flow in our room and couldn't quite figure out how to cool the space and it was quite noisy to leave the window open at night, but a minor inconvenience. Our other challenge was the lift in our building was not working after the first night we arrived, but there are other lifts to take and arrive at other floors. Both of these things were minor inconveniences and would not stop us from staying here again.
Nice hotel and clean we enjoyed our stay in Mascagni hotel. Employees are really friendly and helpful especially Sara and the other lady at the breakfast place they were super nice and friendly. Also I would like to mention, that the breakfast needs some improvement like add more options (halal) but it was okay.
