Could not get ahold of the host when we arrived, had to book another room for our first night because we went 2.5hours with no reply from them. Then they wouldn’t let us check in the following day till 11am? Mind you we were still charged the full day for before. Between them and the travel agent, completely ruined our trip to Rome since we lost 1.5 days traversing with luggage.
It is a classic B&B place, the rooms are modern, the bathroom was quite spacious. There is no onsite reception, however the owner / property manager is really responsive online, and helps in every situation. The breakfast is prepack baked goods, however the kitchen / dinig are is nice and plenty of options to buy what you really want and you don't need to eat it your room. The location is perfect, vatican 10 min walk, the metro station 5 mins. For the price it is definetly worth it
Good location and easy to reach by public transport. The area feels safe and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Overall a comfortable place to stay.
