Our stay at the NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento was fantastic. Traveling with a family of eight can be complex, but this stunning property made everything feel effortless. The rooms were luxurious and quiet, the amenities were top-tier, the breakfast was outstanding, and the entire atmosphere provided an enriching oasis in the heart of Rome. What made our stay truly extraordinary, however, was service from the staff and their responsiveness to handle our requests and welcome us. Lorenzo (front desk), Gulia (front desk) and Baba just to name a few. In addition Eunice, the Customer Relations Director, from our first meeting, looked after our family with the utmost patience, warmth, and a pleasant demeanor. She consistently went out of her way to enrich our Roman experience, engaging with us to welcome us, provide insightful suggestions and guidance - attending to each detail with genuine care and making sure our expectations were exceeded at every turn. Eunice’s attentive hospitality gave our entire family memories we will treasure for years to come. If you are looking for world-class service and a seamless, high-touch stay in Rome, look no further. We cannot recommend this wonderful hotel—and Eunice’s exceptional care—highly enough!
We have stayed here multiple times and always experience excellent and professional customer service. The hotel is well appointed with quality amenities including rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff are polite and courteous, in fact Elisabetta went above and beyond as hotel concierge when inquiring about best local restaurants to visit. Claudia also provided excellent customer service as we celebrated our anniversary. She surprised us with a bottle of champagne and snacks to our room. We highly recommend staying at the NH Collection in Rome.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. The accommodations were comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Nice, the concierge, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly elevated my experience. She provided outstanding recommendations for local dining, attractions, and activities, all of which were exceptional. Nice was always welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to assist, making every interaction a pleasure. Her exemplary customer service reflects very positively on the hotel, and she is a true asset to the team. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
We spent 3 nights here to begin a tour of Italy. Everything about this hotel was just marvelous. The two things we insist on is cleanliness and quiet. The room was spotless and we didn't hear a peep from anything during our nights sleeping there. All of the staff were marvelous. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had 3 terrific breakfasts there too and we'd stay again in a flash.
