We found a gen here. Great hotel, in an incredible location for exploring Rome. 10 second walk down to Trevi fountain, but you can't hear it! Plenty of restaurants etc around. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is nice. Loved it.
The hotel is very well located. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are not well maintained, lots of parts coming off. The breakfast is OK and not more, felt like the management is doing their best to save money, no cheese selection no speciality bread (standard in 4 star hotels), the coffee in the coffee machine is below average, olive oil in plastic bags, really the breakfast is nothing to be bragging about in this hotel. Another thing is the staff, some of them are not super professional and allow themselves to talk to customers while eating at the desk, this is unimaginable in 4 star hotels in Florence, London,Vienna,Paris or Madrid.
Pros: Great location. 20 second walk from trevi fountain, and I feel it is quieter than 'hotel de trevi' as that hotel is RIGHT outside the fountain so likely much louder. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room had lots of towels. Powerful hot shower. The toiletries are shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion, intimate wash, Sewing kit, cotton buds, cotton wool pads, shower cap, shoe buffer. Rooms clean and smoke free. We asked for 2 single beds rather than a queen bed in advance and that's what we got. Nice buffet breakfast. Overall impressed! Cons: The fridge was a bit noisy and made bubbly noises, but I always take ear plugs. I'd like the beds a bit softer, but that's a personal preference. Roof top bar was the most expensive place we found. Drinks cost more than most bars, but there's plenty of nearby bars.
The hotel is located nearby some wonderful sites. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fantastic. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff. Each one had such a great personality and was eager to make our visit to Rome as easy as possible. Highly recommend!
We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the lively shopping streets. Everything was within easy reach. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a senior suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, with all the amenities we needed, plus a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. We also loved the dining options—the rooftop restaurant with its beautiful atmosphere and the downstairs restaurant were both excellent, and the food was truly delicious. Overall, it was such a wonderful and memorable stay, and we can’t wait to come back again!
