Lovely hotel with spectacular customer service! Room was a comfortable size and well-kept. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of offerings, including great fresh coffee and both sweet and savory items. Price was reasonable and the location was extremely convenient- right across from the Pantheon with lots of restaurants close by and several significant sites within walking distance. We did have to wait about 45 minutes past our check-in time for our room to be ready, but there was the option to stow our luggage if we had wanted to head back out in the meantime.
An absolutely incredible place to stay. Waking up and looking out the window to see the Pantheon every morning was just mesmerizing. Despite having a room facing the Pantheon and being on the first floor it was also very quiet and we had no issues sleeping. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the rooms are well taken care of, and the staff is extremely professional, personable, and friendly. Can't beat the location. Can't beat the rooftop bar. We loved our stay (and a special thank you to Faisal at the front desk who we often chatted with when returning to the hotel at night!)
I did my research before staying here, so I already had a good idea of what to expect and how satisfied I would likely be. However, I was genuinely surprised by how accommodating the hotel was with a last-minute request I made. Their flexibility and kindness made my stay far more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Wonderful staff and rooms. Their rooftop has a good view of Pantheon. Location is amazing very central and easy to walk. Lot of good places to hangout nearby
We had an incredible stay. The hotel was spotless everywhere and our room was amazing. It smelled fresh and felt very well maintained, which is something we really appreciate. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They spoke excellent English and made everything easy for us. The view of the Pantheon from our room and from the rooftop terrace was absolutely incredible. You truly cannot beat this location. It made the whole experience of Rome even more special. We would absolutely stay here again.
