We had the best time at the H10 Plazza Galla! They offered us a welcome drink upon arriving and gave us a beautiful magnet to commemorate our time in Rome. It is very central to everything in the city, especially the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and warm. They held out bags when we checked in and out and were great with recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
Outstanding experience at H10 Palazzo Galla! Everyone was extremely helpful and the hotel was beautifully appointed. The rooftop bar has an incredible panoramic view of this most magnificent city. Breakfast was delightful And the location couldn’t be better within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and wonderful shops and restaurants (even in the summer heat). Excellent experience. We would go back.
Our flight was delayed, but thankfully the hotel arranged a driver to take us directly from the airport to our tour location, and also helped send our luggage to the hotel first. Their help really saved the day — otherwise we would have completely missed our tour. The hotel location is also excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality!
The hotel in itself is superb, the room was perfect in every sense & so very clean. The staff are so polite, helpful & so knowledgable & always there to accommodate you & your needs, with a smile. The hotel is also perfectly situated for the sites. We walked a distance every day but that was our choice, so we didn’t miss anything. The rooftop bar was lovely to sit out for a while in the evenings & admire the beautiful views of Rome & the staff were again very polite & friendly. We would most certainly return to the hotel, in the future. Five stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
