Staff was great. But if you’re traveling with your toddler, that’s not the right choice at all. It was noisy: main entrance door open/close - you hear it. Someone speaks outside- you hear it… If you’re looking for a place that allows you to sleep late morning, not the one. Location is great - walkable to all Rome beautiful places. Room was clean, but not much staff there. We wasn’t able to join WiFi, but it was not needed for us, so we were good on that.
We had a great time, the owner is friendly and the area is very safe and central. excellent cleaning!
