Very good location in the center. All the attractions are very close, 5 to 30 minutes' walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you have any questions or problems, they can help to solve them very quickly. Daily room cleaning was perfect. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Rome again
Our stay at Les Fleurs Luxury House in Rome was a wonderful experience, especially for a family trip. The location is truly exceptional. It’s just steps away from the Spanish Steps, and surrounded by luxury shopping streets, cafés, and restaurants. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore Rome without stress. One thing that surprised us is how underrated this property is. It’s not as widely known as some big hotels, but that actually adds to its charm. The boutique atmosphere feels intimate and exclusive. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist with anything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable as travelers from Indonesia. A small downside to note: the stairs can be challenging if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. This is something to keep in mind before booking. We traveled from Indonesia with our 4-year-old child and stayed for 3 nights, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Overall, we definitely recommend Les Fleurs Luxury House for its location, service, and comfort—just remember to consider the stairs when planning your stay.
The staff is friendly. However the hotel might be a death trap. Do you like wonky stairs that aren’t level or even the same height? What about a floor covering so slick that one misstep could send you tumbling to your grave? And what about rusty bathroom fixtures that spray water everywhere? Do you like beds made out of concrete? Then this place is for you. If you have any mobility issues don’t stay at this hotel. There is no elevator.
