Room is excellent, but a bit hard to find the actual hotel. Cars can’t fit up the narrow streets during dinner time as cafes have tables on the road itself.
We stayed for 3 nights and left very happy. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. The location is absolutely wonderful. We also loved the biscuits that were offered daily. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we came back. Thank you for the attention and service.
I stayed at the Imperium Suite Navona with my partner from the 16th up until the 20th of august 2025, and I can honestly say that it is the best options in Rome. If you are a student -like me- or you just want to travel on a budget, but still want to be in the city centre, this the best option. You get a very nice hotel room with a modern (seemingly recently updated) bathroom, it has everything you need including airconditioning, mini fridge and closet space. The staff is also incredibly helpful and kind, you can chat with them through whatsapp which was very useful for getting in contact without having to call. The navigation was a bit confusing at first, since the reception is in de building across from the building with some of the hotel rooms, but they will send an instruction before hand which will explain everything! I am hoping to return to Rome soon and will definitely try to book a room here again! a special thank you to Lucia, who was very kind and helpful through email and whatsapp, and to the gentleman who helped me and my partner store our luggage safely on the last day so we could have a few more hours in the wonderful city of Rome :)!
