Reviews
There is no proper reception desk. We arrived early and the owner refused to come help us. When we returned at noon to check in, the girl who works there was nowhere to be found. The only reason we even got our keys and were able to drop off our things was because the cleaning guy was kind enough to step in and help us out. We went out for the evening, came back to a still-empty reception, and went to bed. Unbelievably, at 12:00 AM, the girl who works there started banging on our door. Even though I repeatedly shouted through the door that we were sleeping, she refused to leave and kept knocking until she forced us to open up just to do the check-in. Waking up paying, sleeping guests at midnight because of your own staff's lack of organization is completely unacceptable.
