Stayed several times for work. Very basic rooms.
An overall negative experience, with few positives. The bed is comfortable, albeit rather small, and the shower is spacious, but unfortunately, it doesn't make up for the numerous issues. Problems arose upon arrival: the entry code provided was incorrect, a sign of careless and unprofessional management. Once in the room, things didn't improve. Sound insulation was practically nonexistent: in the deluxe double room, the kitchen was literally behind the bed, making it impossible to sleep. Simply using the coffee machine or kettle in the morning was enough to wake the guests up, as if they were in the room. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired, with several details appearing neglected, such as the empty soap dispensers. The overall environment appears to be poorly maintained, even aesthetically. Added to this is the marked noise from outside, which further detracts from the quality of the stay. Not recommended.
