We had a wonderful experience at this charming bed and breakfast. We stayed in Room 1 as a family of four, and it was wonderfully large with incredible views. It can be tricky traveling with a family, but the setup with one king bed and two rollaway beds was still very comfortable for all of us, and the accommodations overall were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast here was absolutely outstanding. Every morning they offered a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, juice, pastries, cakes, bacon, and eggs, along with excellent coffee. The wait staff was just excellent and made breakfast a highlight of our day. Location-wise, it is about a 15-minute walk from the true city center, but it is close enough to the metro station to make traveling to both the Vatican and the Colosseum incredibly easy. Ultimately, it was an excellent value for the location and the quality of the stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming base in Rome!

The breakfasts were amazing and fresh! They accommodated our gluten free daughter as well. The room was spacious and clean. Great proximity for walking to many of the sites in Rome that we wanted to visit while there. It was a home away from home for us. The staff is amazing-Nelson was super helpful! It was safe and secure there too! The airport transfers were swift, and Nelson was happy to call a taxi whenever we needed one as well! We loved our stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning being included and part of the room rate. They had our room picked up so the bed was made and fresh towels when we got back from our adventures. All in all a very pleasant place to stay while you and in Rome!

value for the price was excellent, and the location was in easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. the breakfast offerings were varied but the advertised happy hour didn't materialize on the one weeknight we were there. the room was very spacious and included a private balcony. the amenities far exceeded what I expected--everything from shampoo & conditioner (please consider adding body lotion to the amenities offered) to cotton swabs and in-room coffee . one note--if you're sensitive to light and/or noise, be sure you don't get a room that faces via Emilia. the curtains didn't do much to block out lights from the street and there was a lot of street noise all night long
