La Place Hotel is excellent in every respect, both in terms of its location and its staff. The very stylish Vitti Café, where breakfast is served, has wonderful employees — especially the lady at the cashier and Mr Cipriano, who are both very friendly and dedicated. However, a person named Ms Daniela, who is extremely rude and ill-mannered, unfortunately tarnishes the reputation of this establishment. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback into consideration.
I had a wonderful stay at La Place Rome Hotel. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special mention goes to Martina, whose kindness and professionalism made the experience truly memorable. She was always attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her genuine smile and excellent service added a personal touch that made me feel at home. Highly recommended!
Great little boutique hotel that served our purpose well! Unique room automation and upscale touches, and the city center location cannot be beat for those looking to be in the action (but still quite in the room). The rooms are a bit smaller (as most are in Rome) but had everything we needed. We were lucky enough to had booked the only room with balcony and was happy to have this as it overlooked the square and action below and we loved it, will be back!!
