Very close to the Vatican. Complimentary breakfast was great. My only complaint is you can only get one key, though the 24/7 reception desk can hold it. Short walk to a sitbusshuttle (vatican stop) that goes to FCO airport, I think it was a 7 Euro ticket. About a 10-minute walk to the subway, convenient bus stops nearby. The restaurants in the area are good but not many affordable options. I don't remember the name of the particular street close by, but if you have more money than sense there a strip of designer stores a few blocks away. Hotel rooms themselves range in quality, you get what you pay for, reasonable priced for the area. There is a Terrance on the roof which is very nice with a view of the top of Saint Peter's Basilica. Overall very happy with this hotel.

*Solo traveler* I don’t care for much when it comes to a hotel. I want a clean room, nice bed and privacy. This place was a fantastic “bang for the buck”. The breakfast was great, the staff friendly and the room was good. I found the location to be great, and safe. Honesty was surprised with the quality of my stay vs the price. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful but room 42 needs to be fixed or completely taken out of rotation due to mold in the bathroom. The room overall has an unkept look and smells bad!! I was switched immediately after bringing the issues to their attention!

25 minute walk to Vatican. Very good hotel. Quite, good breakfast and fantastic medium sized rooms. Very clean with modern shower room. Good air conditioning in January. Good size tv. Fridge .Lift. Great Terrace on the 5 floor with views of the Vatican. grocery shops 2 minutes away. Near buses 5 mins. Restaurants close by 5 - 10 minute walk. Friendly Staff willing to help. We had extra pillows. We also used there transfer service from the airport. Driver was Friendly, waiting for us at the exit, email was sent to say he was there. He had a Mercedes so started our day off well .
