Reviews
Such a Beautiful Hotel, Very clean and comfortable room, coming back after a long day of sightseeing tired and needing to freshen up with fresh bedding and towels changed daily was a great touch. The staff and reception guys are great here, very friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Amazing jacuzzi up on the rooftop with amazing views. we couldn't try the hotel restaurant as we had plans somewhere else but it looked very nice serving Japanese cuisine. Location is good everywhere is walkable to main attractions although because of the heat the E-scooters on the side of the pavements were very helpful for a quick ride to get where we needed to be. The hotel is close to many good restaurants and check out Pizzeria Mediterranea right next door to the hotel entrance, the pizzas are amazing and the staff are so friendly and polite. also Non c’è trippa pe’ gatti the pasta's are amazing it is located on the next street. We had an incredible stay here, the best! and are already planning on coming back.
We booked this for a 4 night city break. The room was fine for hardly being in it modern enough but would not rate a 4 star. The shower heads were very dirty so i reported to recep staff who changed the main one. If the room gets cleaned regulary then this could not have been missed ( not a hard task to keep them clean). The pool had to be reserved and only 1 hour at a time which does sound crazy. Breakfast was ok but feel they budget a bit too much. Roof top terrace was nice. We ate out every night. The place next door is a recommendation 😋. One of our staffs two fire alarm activations, one 7.30am and the other 11.40pm which annoyed me. Stafff told most of the us staying that the fire panel is also connected to the ajoining property which is classed as a different address. Aint right but we enjoyed the city but will not stay here again. Defo not 4 star.
