My husband and I stayed for two nights on July 29th and 30th, 2026. We were very fortunate to have been given an upgrade and we stayed in room 801. The room was beautiful, clean, had plenty of amenities including US outlets, and an awesome view of the city. The toiletries smell absolutely amazing. I loved the shower gel and lotion. Housekeeping was impeccable. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff overall was very helpful and pleasant. Any time we had a request, they were extremely prompt and courteous. From the moment we arrived we were immediately greeted and helped with our many bags. It was well before check-in so we had to wait a short time for our room to be ready. We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed a cold beverage. The breakfast was HUGE and had literally everything and anything you could want. The waitstaff kept the dining area clean and were very quick with beverage requests. The cappuccino was SO GOOD. The breakfast hours are great too for both the early risers (my husband) and the slow-getters (me). The ONLY negative is that the A/C was not sufficient for the 100 F/37.8 C days and being on the 8th floor probably didn't help. However, the front desk staff gave us a fan and we were able to sleep very soundly with it blowing on us during the night. We would absolutely stay here again, just not during the summer. We plan to visit in spring or fall next time.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We chose it to accommodate our family and friends for our wedding in Rome, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we and all of our guests felt welcomed and cared for. Even when an unexpected situation arose, the team handled it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They did the right thing and made sure everything was resolved, allowing us to focus on celebrating our special week. The rooms are beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the location is perfect for exploring Rome. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. Most importantly, every member of the staff made a lasting impression. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication ensured that all of our guests had an incredible experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for helping make our wedding week so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome—you will be in wonderful hands! Grazie Mille Maria e Joey

I had a fantastic stay at the FH55 Grand Hotel Palatino. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially considering the value. The price was unbeatable for everything the hotel offers, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection of fresh, delicious food that was the perfect way to start each day. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, making me feel at home from the moment I checked in. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Rome. Between the outstanding service, excellent breakfast, and incredible value, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re visiting Rome, this is the hotel you should stay at. I most definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing experience. I would absolutely stay here again. Easy 5 stars!

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of Monti. The hotel offers both older and renovated rooms — while the older rooms are comfortable, the renovated ones are especially beautiful and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pamela for her kindness and professionalism. The location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk to the Colosseum and around 12 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, making it perfect for exploring Rome’s historic center. The only small suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay again!
