We had the most wonderful stay during the last 4 nights of our honeymoon here. Location location location! Two minutes from the Spanish steps and all the great stores to shop at. I highly recommend staying in one of the suites. It’s very spacious with its own living room and bedroom. Comfortable bed, big bathroom with waterfall shower, luxury soaps/shampoo/conditioner provided, stocked mini fridge and cookies that are replenished daily. The staff is so kind and helpful, they really made us feel taken care of. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Rome.

Exceptional place and amazing service!! From the moment we arrived, Gerald showed tremendous grace and his hospitality was exceptional. He went above and beyond—personally calling taxis for us and even carrying our luggage up to our room, which immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect- right in the city center close to everything. Even with the location being in the city center, the room was so peaceful. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Amazing shopping and cafes steps away. The suite was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully stocked with a wide selection of beverages and snacks, along with luxurious L’Occitane toiletries that added an extra touch of comfort and indulgence. Everything about our stay felt effortless and well-curated. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it’s mostly thanks to Gerald and his kind, personable nature. We will return here again without hesitation the next time we visit Rome.
Good sized room for our family of 3. Gerald was exceptional. Hot water wasn't working properly and he fixed it right away. We forgot our neck pillows and he held them for us while we traveled around Italy and we picked them up on our last night. Good central location. Highly recommend.
Where do I even begin? Crossing Condotti is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Rome, just steps from the Spanish Steps and surrounded by all the high-end boutiques. The location couldn’t be more perfect, the rooms are modern and beautifully designed — but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional management. Here’s why: I accidentally left behind a small designer item — a scarf in a tiny box — which I had mistakenly placed in one of the trash bags. Once I realized, I immediately emailed the hotel, though I didn’t expect much given how easy it would have been to overlook and we had already left the hotel and returned back home. To my surprise, Gérald from the management team replied promptly to say he had found and kept the item safe, and even offered to mail it to me. A few days later, I received my package — and I couldn’t be more grateful to Gérald and the entire team at Crossing Condotti. Their honesty and care truly went above and beyond. Grazie!
