Very nice centrally located place. Room was a little warm and despite setting it to 16 C, it wouldn't cool down much. On first night the fire alarm went off and there's no staff here after 11 pm, so it took forever to turn off and let us back in. Otherwise staff is helpful, nice little breakfast they put out in the morning.
Stunning setting right near Piazza Navona. Pretty spacious family room considering it's location. The staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was modest but delicious. Loved our experience and wish we could return soon... but we can't because we're broke after our 4 week European trip! 🤣
The hotel staff were amazing. Scheduled transportation from cruise port to hotel. Early check in was a lifesaver. This location is amazing. You can easily walk to the Vatican and many other cathedrals. The room was super clean and very quiet. The neighborhood felt very safe.
When our flight home was unexpectedly canceled, I was relieved to find a family suite available for the night. The hotel’s location was excellent and the suite itself was nicely done, clean, and comfortable for our family. That said, the ground floor—which is the lobby and family suite—had a noticeable damp, mildew-like smell. I’m sensitive to odors, so it was enough that I walked to a pharmacy and purchased a COVID-style mask, which I wore while sleeping. The rest of my family didn’t seem to notice or mind, but it did impact my overall comfort. I assume the rooms higher-up do not have the same issue.
