We were pretty disappointed about the fact that they do not even offer a shuttle from the Termini train station, which is 5 minutes walking distance! This matters a lot if you have heavy luggage, there are 35 degrees and you are also pushing a stroller! The rooms are a little dated and dark, the bathrooms need some modernisation. The rooftop pool is a joke, in reality about a meter deep and small.... basically a bathtub; perfect for small children only. During our four days stay the pool was booked for an event, so inaccessible! The breakfast could offer a little more variety and honestly an open buffet of breakfast sushi does not look sanitary! It took two days to have watermelon for breakfast in the middle of summer but canned peaches, pineapple and pears were present every day. The spa is unusable, one gets a 30 minutes timer per entrance If you get to enter at all! Not enough availability in spa personnel to be able to book a treatment or a massage. The personnel is quite accommodating but the manager thought that offering three soaps in a quite arrogant manner might I add, would make it up for our unsatisfactory experience. All in all, not up to "luxury standards". Location is quiet and clean.

I had a wonderful experience at Anantara Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with every detail carefully curated, and the staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality truly made my visit even more special. One of the highlights was dining at SEEN. The rooftop terrace offers one of the most breathtaking views in Rome, creating an unforgettable setting. I had the sushi, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From the outstanding service to the stunning views and exceptional food, everything exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Gorgeous Hotel. Great location. Excellent service from everyone. We used the concierge for dinner reservations and recommendations. They were spot on every time. We enjoyed all the places they recommended. The only negative is the pool got rented out one of the days we were there so that was the only bummer. Great brunch, I really enjoyed the live music.

Historic hotel with wonderful amenities. Service was great across the board. The bar was top notch and breakfast very good. Location is right by a Metro station and taxis or Ubers arrived quickly. Only downside we noticed during our stay is that the plaza location and steps out front tend to attract a lot of passerbys and random people. Security was very good about keeping an eye on things however! We also treated ourselves to a couples massage and the spa was incredible! Bhavana consulted with us and catered our services so kindly. Bhing and Arun were amazing masseuses! Highly recommend treating yourself!

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, seamlessly combining the grandeur of a historic Roman palace with contemporary luxury and comfort. Our room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a day spent exploring the city. What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the team. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating memorable experiences for their guests. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. The level of personalised service was outstanding, with thoughtful touches and attention to detail that consistently exceeded our expectations. The dining experiences were exceptional, and the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views over Rome. Every aspect of our stay reflected the highest standards of hospitality. We travel frequently and stay at many luxury hotels around the world, but the team at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi truly sets this property apart. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return to this remarkable hotel. Thank you!
