We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. Service is outstanding. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. We were frequent visitors of the very cozy roof top bar on the fifth floor. It was a wonderful experience
Stayed 7 x nights. Due to delays with our flights, we needed to add 2 x nights to our stay, and changed rooms after the 1st 5 nights. Hotel is near many attractions so we walked everywhere. The roof top terrace is lovely to unwind and enjoy a drink. All staff were professional and accommodating at all times. All rooms were clean. The rooms were stayed in the last 2 x nights were quiet and well air-conditioned. The downside was the room we stayed in the 1st 5 x nights: very noisy at night, room small and difficult to find room for suitcases. Bathroom spacious, but nowhere to place anything. Mattresses very hard. Overall, if we secure a room away from the street noise, we would like return. I highly rate the hotel staff.
We absolutely loved the 9Hotel Cesari! The staff was so very welcoming when we arrived. We arrived early in the morning so they quickly stored our luggage so we could get on with touring until check-in. The rooftop bar is amazing with beautiful views of other rooftop gardens, extremely attentive staff and very comfortable furniture. It was a great start to our first evening in Rome to have a pre-dinner drink on the roof. The rooms are small, but very comfortable - an excellent use of space. The breakfast on the roof every morning is amazing - so many choices and the breakfast staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was included in our room so we enjoyed a lovely breakfast everyday before we started out. The Concierge was very helpful in booking a car to pick us up from the airport. I emailed them ahead of time for this service. They also helped us book transportation to the train station for our train to Sorrento. The location of the hotel is wonderful. It is a short - couple of block - walk to the Trevi Fountain. Have a drink at the Trevi Hotel bar looking out over the fountain. The hotel is also a short walk to the Trastevere neighborhood for amazing restaurants. Don't forget to get gelato at Giolitti which is considered the best gelato in Rome. I really cannot say enough about 9Hotel Cesari! Love this little boutique hotel. Hope you do, too!
The hotel was excellent in terms of location, close to everything, and the reception staff were amazing and friendly. However, it was extremely, extremely, extremely noisy because there were restaurants and bars downstairs, and the noise wouldn’t calm down until around 1 AM. I had placed 5 € on the table, and it got stolen. Even though the amount is very small, no one has the right to take your belongings!
